The Highland Cougars came to Kishwaukee College and used a strong second quarter to take control of the contest, winning by a score of 74-57. Trailing just 16-15 at the end of the first quarter, Kishwaukee gave up 27 points in the second period to trail 43-26 at the break. The Kougars made a run late, to cut the lead but could not sustain the effort throughout the final period.

                Jayria Hicks (North Lawndale Prep High School) led the Kougars with 20 points and 7 rebounds followed by Quixmia Washington (Larkin High School) with 14 points and 9 steals.
