The Kishwaukee College men's basketball team continued to play well on the road as they travelled to The College of DuPage and came away victorious by a 24 point margin, 88-64. The Kougars led 41-30 at the half behind solid defense and strong shooting and kept it going after the break, holding the Chaparrals to 37% shooting and turning them over 20 times.
Kishwaukee was led in scoring by Armon Williams (Oak Forest HS), scoring 24 points in 29 minutes and going 10-19 from the floor. Ryan Reeder (Mendota HS) also scored in double figures with 16, while Koko Songolo (Madison Memorial HS) and Bryson Butler (Lincoln Park HS) both had 12 points, each going 5-6 from the floor. Butler also led the team with 9 assists.
The Kougars look to keep their road streak alive as they travel to the College of Lake County on Saturday, Nov. 21st. Tip-off is at 3:00.
