Coach Lois joined the Kougars' staff in March 2026.  She has coached with various travel/club teams since graduating from college.  A former standout at the University of Wisconsin - Parkside where, in her senior season, she led the Rangers with 757 assists which was sixth most in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletics Conference (GLIAC).  She also hit the 2,000 assist milestone and had an incredible service ace-service error ratio: 32-8 while amassing 282 digs.  She was also GLIAC honorable mention.  Prior to her playing days at UW-Parkside, she prepped at Union Grove (WI) High School where she was the 2019 Southern Lakes Conference Player of the Year and a four-year Varsity MVP.  Coach Lois was a three-time First-Team All-Conference, three-time First-Team-All County, three-time All-State Honorable Mention and two-time Warhawk Open Tournament MVP.  She also holds the record for single-season assists at Union Grove High School and helped lead the team to it's first State tournament appearance since 1985 while also garnering WVCA All-Academic team recogniton each of her four years at UGHS.
