January 9, 2023 -  The NJCAA Region 4 selected their Women's Basketball Division II, District A Player of the Week honoree for the week of January 8.  Freshman Kira Klapprodt was selected based on her on court performances during that week.  This includes results versus Prairie State College where Kira scored 23 points, 10 rebounds, 4 steals and 1 block.  In addition, Kira becomes the fourth different Kishwaukee Women's basketball player to receive the honor this season. Kishwaukee Athletics is very proud of Kira's recognition on the court.
