December 3, 2022 - The Kishwaukee College Womens Basketball hosted Oakton CC on Saturday.  Oakton came in with a 7-0 record and having scored over 100 points in each of their previous games.  Kish would trail 37-21 at the break but would fall 84-47 to the Owls who shot 48% from the field for the contest to Kish's 27%.  Tywanna Rogers had 17 points and 4 steals for the Kougars while teammate Chian Scott had 14 rebounds and 9 points. On defense, Heaven Johnson grabbed 11 rebounds, Emily Gilbert 8 rebounds, Cashay Stevenson 4 rebounds (6 points) and Samantha Koper 2 steals for Kish. Kishwaukee moves to 3-5 overall on the young season amd will host Interstate 88 rival Waubonsee Tuesday night at 5:30 pm.
