Kish wrap up regular season, qualify individuals for NJCAA Nationals in Mens Bowling

February 2, 2025 - The Kishwuakee College Men's Bowling team finished their regular season in Appleton, Wisconsin over the weekend with a 14th place finish in the Great Lakes Bowing Conference IV Tourney.  The Kougars placed ahead of such teams as UW-Madison, UW-Stout, Marquette University, UW-Green Bay and Blackhawk Tech.  Kish were led in scoring average this week by Jack Bingley with a 174.6 average, followed by teammates Brenden Stanley and a 170.2 average, Thomas Booker with a 170.2 average, Nick Bingley 166.7, Shea Hansen 168 and Aidan Matson with a 154 average.   "The whole team did very well, as we placed in the middle again of all the teams, which has been much improved from the beginning of the season!" said Coach Jeff Tamaraz.  "Overall the team had good chemistry and competitiveness as we have seen big improvements the past three invites."  

Kishwaukee will now send individual qualifiers to NJCAA Nationals which this year will be in Cheektowaga, New York February 27 through March 1. Nick Bingley and Jack Bingley as well as Thomas Booker and Brenden Stanley have each qualified with their averages across all regular season tournaments.
