February 26, 2026 - The Kishwaukee College Men's Basketball team hit the road Thursday night to play in the NJCAA Region 4, Division II, District A quarterfinals at Moraine Valley CC. After staying close early against the #5 seed Cyclones, the #12 seeded Kougars eventually fell 85-66.  "I know the team is disappointed but I wont allow them to hang their heads.  They fought all game long - it just wasn't our night.  They set the bar high in year one of my tenure here. We won conference and we set a positive culture for the future as this being a solid foundation building year.  They should all be proud of doing something special and building what should be a long legacy for future teams… overall definitely a very good year!" said Head Coach Michael Poindexter, Jr.  Kishwaukee ended the season 12-15 overall while going 5-1 in Arrowhead Conference play.
